/Cookie Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy covers swordslashstudio.com.au and its subdomains (such as the Nook Beasts wiki).
Our own cookies
We don't set any cookies, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
Browser storage
When you send a message through the contact form, your browser stores the times of your recent submissions in its local storage, so the form can stop more than three messages being sent in 24 hours. It contains no personal details and never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Third-party content
Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies:
- YouTube: trailers embedded on game pages. YouTube may set cookies when the player loads or when you play a video.
- Steam, Discord, X (Twitter), Instagram: we only link to these, so they can only set cookies once you visit them.
Those cookies are covered by each service's own policy, not this one.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party ones. Blocking them won't stop this site working, though embedded videos may not play.
